Private house in Herzliya Pituach

Beneath the surfaceWe are used to thinking upwards. You enter your home, put the keys on the table, grab a small bite from the fridge, a short reading that lengthens and then goes up. Up to the bedroom floor. Does it have to be like this? Not always. This project spreads mainly on the ground floor. Instead of going up, we go down, another surface. There, below, the interesting situations come to life. A wide and spacious patio functions as the central square of the house and gives the floor an abundance of natural light. The garden spreads along the patio and creates open and pleasant spaces for the residents to enjoy. The garden is also a shared feature that connects the nearby house that belongs to other family members. The surface below the surface belongs to the family's teenagers. It is autonomy. Able to fulfill all their needs. Their private kingdom.
