4. Warranty conditions

Top Audio is responsible for the integrity of the device towards the customer ; within the framework of the warranty, Top Audio will repair any malfunction , defect or defect discovered in the product and for which notification of the malfunction was provided within the framework of the warranty period , subject to and in accordance with the conditions detailed below :

4.1 Warranty period

4.2 Date of amendment

During the basic warranty period , the repair will be carried out within 10 business days from the date the device is delivered for repair at the Top Audio laboratory , unless shorter deadlines are stipulated by law .

4.3 How to perform the repair

Subject to the limitations set forth below , repair of the defect will restore the product to the condition it would have been in had the defect not occurred , subject to replacement of parts . During the basic warranty period, replacement parts will be original and new parts . During the additional warranty period , Top Audio may use non-original parts. ( Especially in cases of parts shortages and product discontinuation ). If the device cannot be repaired as stated , Top Audio will notify the customer and, during the basic warranty period , will allow the customer to choose between a new product ( of the same or similar type and value ) or receiving the consideration paid for the device . During the additional warranty period , this will be at the sole discretion of Top Audio .

4.4 Disclaimers of Liability

In the event that the source of the damage is intentional damage - Top Audio will not be liable for repairing the device . Additionally , in the following cases, the device will be repaired for full payment , and there will be no obligation to replace it :

A. The damage occurred as a result of force majeure - such as irregular power supply , Lightning strike , Liquid penetration, etc.;

B. Malice or negligence in the use of the device, including use contrary to the manufacturer's instructions , Including mechanical fracture , Negligent maintenance and handling of the device , Falling of the device or its accessories, including consequential damage to all of these;

C. In the event that the device has been repaired , An attempt to repair was made or opened without the authorization of someone authorized by Top Audio ( in writing ), or other changes have been made to it by someone not authorized to do so by Top Audio;

D. Damage to speakers resulting from a lack of compatibility between the amplifier and the speakers ( amplifier too weak or too powerful ) or direct current (DC) transmission by the amplifier to the speaker;

E. Damage to amplifiers , Including levels of power , resulting from overloads ( including short circuits ) or from connecting speakers with inappropriate impedance or faulty speakers;

F. The warranty does not apply to damage to plastic parts , Bakelite , Buttons , Scratches and consumable components such as bulbs or batteries and damage caused to the device as a result of these components ( such as battery leakage, etc. );

G. Consequential damage of any kind or type;

H. In cases where Top Audio is not the importer of the product, the warranty will be provided directly by the importer and in accordance with the warranty period determined by the importer, in addition to the above.

I. Installation of lighting fixtures will be performed by a certified electrician, with the exception of light bulbs and plug socket products. A product that is installed without the approval of a garage electrician will violate the product's warranty.

4.5 Repair warranty

Top Audio will be responsible for the quality of the repair for a period of three months from the date the device was repaired , even if these three months end after the expiration date of the basic , additional or extended warranty .

4.6 Inspection fees

During the extended warranty period , the customer will be charged a testing fee if they decide not to repair the device after it has been tested in the laboratory . For the avoidance of doubt , the customer will not be charged a testing fee if the fault is covered by the warranty or if the customer has approved the price quote and paid for the repair of the device at their own expense. ( In cases where the warranty does not apply ).

5. The right to purchase products on the website

7. Shipping and product delivery dates

The product delivery date as specified on the sales page is counted in working days. ( Sundays - Thursdays of the week , excluding Sabbaths , holiday eves and holidays ) from the date of receipt of transaction approval from the user's credit card company . Top Audio will not be responsible for delays beyond its control and / or originating from the customer . The products will be delivered to the customer's home or to another address at his request , as filled out on the order form . In cases where the user has chosen to have the product delivered via a courier company, the user will be charged shipping fees as indicated on the sales page .

8. Self-collection

Unless otherwise expressly stated, the product can be collected by self-pickup by marking the option on the sales page when completing the transaction. When collecting the product yourself, the user will not be charged for the shipping fees. The purchaser must coordinate the product collection date with the Top Audio service center. The collection date will be subject to the existing inventory at Top Audio. Coordination and self-collection of the products is possible starting from the day after placing the order and receiving approval from the credit card company and up to a maximum of 14 business days from the date of purchase. After the end of 14 business days from the date of order, Top Audio will not be responsible for keeping the product in stock. When collecting the product, the user will be required to present an ID card. In the event that the person collecting the product is not the customer, a power of attorney on behalf of the customer and the customer's ID card will be required in order to receive the product. The user who assembles a product independently will be solely responsible for any damage caused to the product from the date the product is received into his possession.

9. Cancellation of purchase and return of the product by the purchaser

The website regulations and return policy are valid only for products ordered on the website.

Top Audio sells quality products of the highest standard . If a customer is not satisfied with the product they purchased for any reason , they can return it and cancel the transaction within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product .
